Why complicate things when we don't have to?
It's simple, unless otherwise noted, our shipping and handling is $3.95 per order of 2 flags with 0.95 cents per additional flag within the United States is all it takes! Orders to canada are assessed an additional $5.95 and international orders are assessed $9.95 per order.
Orders typically leave our warehouses shortly after an order is placed unless they are special orders or out of stock flags for which more time might be required (to either manufacture or locate the item). Due to the fact that we experience high order volume and that many of our items are limited quantity, on occasion, part of your order might be delayed or unavailable. if this is the case, we will ask you for a substitute item of your choice or at your request, we will issue a full refund. This option will be available to you after your initial inquiry and if we determine the waiting time exceeds 3 weeks. This option will not be available if you were notified of the delay and accepted the extended time delay (acquiescing included) unless special arrangement is agreed to with FlagsForYou.com in writing or if you requested your order to be cancelled within 24 hours of the email notice. if you did not notify us within the 24 hour window, in writing, your order will either be charged a restocking fee if you still want to cancel it or will be shipped as soon as it is available.
If an item is not available for delivery and FlagsForYou.com has attempted to contact you for more than 3 months with no reply on your behalf, your order will be deemed fulfilled. If you contact FlagsForYou.com after this time period, you will only eligible for a giftcard to FlagsForYou.com for 80% of your order total.
By purchasing on FlagsForYou.com you agree to arbitration selected by FlagsForYou.com LLC under New Jersey State law in a venue selected by FlagsForYou.com LLC. You are also acquiescing to associated costs with your order such as chargebacks or check cancellations and hereby agree to indemnify FlagsForYou.com for any associated expenses with such action.
orders abroad, expressed, oddly shaped or weighted may result in an increase in shipping that is unforeseen at your time of order. You will be advised of the additional charges required to have your order shipped to you.
canceling orders/returning orders/changing orders: Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged for any incurred expenses that may include, but not limited to extra shipping and handling charges.

Coupons cannot be retroactively applied
There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for any returned items under written approval from FlagsForYou.com Management otherwise all sales are considered final. Requests for returns must be made 10 days after the order has been shipped and returned items must be recieved within 20 days after shipment to be considered for refunding. Orders which were pending, updated , delivered, shipped or are in transit, cannot be cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled if a product is not available and we have attempted to contact you and the order has been pending in the system without your reply for 30 calendar days or more, same applies for partial orders. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of notification of a delay in your order which will exceed 3 weeks. Other than that, Shop and enjoy! That's what we're here for. Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective, please call or e-mail right away and we will arrange a convenient return or exchange for the same product if it deemed defective. Manufacturers' warranty or guarantee shall apply to all products. We inspect all products to help eliminate shipment of defective goods. Our standard return policy, as outlined below, shall govern any defect return together with our right of inspection and final determination of a product's defect. Merchandise which has been used and determined by us to be defective is limited to and will be replaced with a like or a similar item if within the 15 day policy period. Wind or adverse weather damage is not a product defect.
