Duplication is strictly forbidden unless written permission is granted. FlagsForYou.com is not responsible for omissions or typographical errors. Images are for representation purposes only.
All Sales are Final. There will be a 20% processing fee for any authorized returned items. Orders which were pending and later canceled will also be charged a 20% processing fee. Open Items cannot be returned. Orders which were shipped, processed or are in transit, cannot be cancelled. Orders can only be cancelled if there is a delay in your order which will exceed 2 weeks. Credit card refunds for cancelled/partial orders will only be provided for orders greater than $35. Orders with a lesser amount will be provided with a FlagsForYou.com Giftcard. You have 1 day from the date your order arrives to request an authorization for a return if it falls under these guidelines. Special, promotional, closeout and warehouse sale items are non-returnable.
If an item is backordered- you will recieve an email notifying you of the back order. You will not be able to cancel your order after the same day you are notified of the backorder. To cancel your order the same day of notification you will have to do so by email or you may request a substitution. As we are a volume seller, Prebooked/ Preordered items cannot be cancelled once an order is placed for such items. It is your responsibility to read the product description.
If we do not hear back about a substitution, we will find the closest matching flag to your order and substitute it for you. You also hereby agree that your sole recourse, under any and all theories, is limited to the amount of your transaction in question and issue shall be resolved first with the company and then under an arbitrator selected by the company under New Jersey Law, in a location selected by the company. This applies to all sites the company owns and operates.

FlagsForYou.com Club Membership- This is an optional membership which provides you club only benefits and discounts.
Once joined and taken advantage of a benefit, there is no pro-ration or cancellation of club membership fees. We can at your request discontinue enrollment past the period you signed up for. This has to occur prior to the anniversary date.
