There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for any returned items or orders which were pending or processed and later canceled. Open Items cannot be returned. Orders which were shipped or are in transit, cannot be cancelled. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase or within 24 hours of notification of a delay in your order which will exceed 2 weeks.  Credit card refunds for cancelled orders will only be provided for orders greater than $25. Orders with a lesser amount will be provided with a FlagsForYou.com Giftcard.

If an item is backordered- you will recieve an email notifying you of this within a business day of your order as well as an estimated shipping time. You will not be able to cancel your order after the same day you are notified of the backorder. To cancel your order the same day of notification you will have to do so by email.
